Sheila Deen (BHPLTA General secretary) writes: The Parks League pre-season council meeting has been arranged for Thursday 22nd February starting at 8pm at Queens Park club-house.
If there are any specific issues which you’d like to be discussed, please let me know within the next few days.

It’s important that each of our Parks clubs sends a representative to this meeting. Normally this should be the club secretary but, if that’s not possible, please ensure that another member of your club attends.
The Parks League is looking for a new treasurer
Since Phil Ainsley resigned after many years committed service as our treasurer, we are still seeking his successor. He has kindly offered his support to our next volunteer and assured us that the spreadsheets are in place and the task is not onerous.
We have 12 clubs fielding teams in our Parks leagues and our present committee comprises members of Rookery, Hove, Saltdean, Park Avenue and Dyke. We feel that it would be beneficial for the next treasurer to be from one of the other clubs.
So please, please consider whether you could approach one of your members who you think would be willing and able to fulfil this role with a little encouragement and persuasion! Thanks so much. Sheila
