Queens Park Tennis Club has now installed the ClubSpark SmartAccess system on courts 1, 2, 3 & 4. The courts have been fitted with new electronic gates supplied by the Lawn Tennis Association.
How will pin code access work? It’s pretty simple.
Once you have booked your court on ClubSpark you will receive your booking confirmation. Your booking confirmation will include a PIN which you can then enter into the keypad at the gate. Your PIN will be the same every time you make a booking (the PIN will be active 5mins before the booked session, throughout the session and then until five minutes after the booking has ended).
What do I do if my PIN doesn’t work?
Firstly, please check that your booking is correct. Then check you are within the timeframe that the PIN is active (5 minutes before and 5 minutes after). If there is still a problem contact the club. This system has worked successfully across 1000s of tennis facilities across the UK.
What about club sessions, and other group sessions?
The pass code for all QPTC clubs sessions will be 9644. Other groups will have their own numbers which will be shared by the coach/group leader.
What about floodlit tennis?
The pin code access system will work in exactly the same way. If you have booked a court after dark, the lights will come on automatically at the appointed time.
QPTC expects to install pin code access on courts 5 & 6 sometime next year. Details to be confirmed.
