Coach Jimmy Smith is hosting a new weekly tennis course for disabled children and young adults from Brighton and the surrounding area. Classes take place every Saturday at midday at Queens Park Tennis Club.
“This is a seven week course, the first lesson is free for new starters, and classes are for 12-25 year olds.
“I think Daniel and Ziggy enjoyed their introduction to tennis on Saturday, and they’ve both signed up for the course,” said Jimmy.
“This is a new initiative for us, so if you know anyone who’d benefit from these classes, please get in touch.”
Coach Jimmy has trained at the LTA’s national tennis centre at Roehamption, learning how to coach children and adults of mixed abilities.
Thanks to Amaze Brighton, the charity founded to help the families with disabled children or young people in Sussex, for their assistance.
